How do I collect points?
Easy. Heck, we start off by giving you 500 points just for showing up. Collect more by interacting with items in the Living Room. Here are a few tips to get you started:
  • 500-point bonus: Visit this site. Piece of cake, right? But you need to create an account to use them and it's a one-time bonus.
  • 150-point actions: Check out the current featured product or explore a special promotion.
  • 100-point actions: Invite someone to become a Burger Slayer.
  • 25-point actions: Change channel on the plasma TV. Start watching one of our commercials. Finish watching one of our commercials!
How often can I earn points?
You can earn points once for each action within a 24-hour period. If you've earned the maximum points for the day, come back tomorrow and you can earn more!
What can I get with points?
Things. And stuff. As a Burger Slayer, you can check out the list in the Burger Slayer Redemption Center. And remember, new items will be added often.
How to redeem points?
Visit the Burger Slayer Redemption Center. If you have enough points, just click "buy" next to the items you want. Your account will be updated automatically.
I redeemed points for something and didn't receive it.
Bummer. Email the Great Burger Slayer Administrator by clicking here.
How do I edit my account information?
Go to your Slayer Lair. There's an "Edit info" link on your shield under your Slayer name. See it? There you go.
Choose a Roommate?
What the… Yeah, sounds a little strange, right? But seriously, wanna have a real, live virtual roommate to hang out with in our Living Room? Then just check the answering machine.
Why choose a roommate?
Why not? Go with the flow, bro. Good times.
I forgot my password!
No problem. Click the login link in the upper right corner of your browser window. Then click on the "Forgot my password" link on the login page. We'll send you a link so you can reset your password. As many times as you need us to. You can also just click here.
Rank? What's that for?
Your rank will change as your points go up and down. It's just another way to benchmark your progress. Or, uh, your Burger Slayer-ness.
What's the oldest living thing on earth?
Wow. OK, you need to focus. The important thing here is collecting points and getting free stuff. But, if you must know, some theories suggest it's something called King's Holly, a plant found in the rain forests of Tasmania. Forty-three thousand years old. However, others suggest it's the 250-million-year-old B. Permians bacteria that was found in a state of suspended animation in a salt mine in Carlsbad, New Mexico and later re-animated in a laboratory. Crazy.
